½ Low carb wrap
2oz. ground turkey
2 tbsp refried black beans
2 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp guacamole
2tbsp low fat cheddar or mozzarella cheese
cayenne, cumin, salt, garlic powder, onion powder (used for seasoning the ground turkey)
In pan on medium/high heat, cook the ground turkey. Season the turkey while it is cooking with cayenne, cumin, pinch of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Spread the black beans on the wrap, sprinkle on the ground turkey, salsa, and low-fat cheese. Bake at 420 degrees for 20 minutes. After it is cooked, garnish with guacamole.
