Physician’s Assistant Lisa VanDerWerff was born and raised in Nebraska. After a year long exchange program in Brazil, she returned to Nebraska where she received her BA in psychology at the University of Nebraska. Lisa then went on to graduate with a master in physician assistant studies from Nebraska Medical Center. Prior to joining Oregon Weight Loss Surgery, LLC in 2008, Lisa served as a physician’s assistant in a neurosurgical group. Her knowledge and enthusiasm are great additions to the OWLS team.
