Jason Kwiatkowski has been a resident of Oregon since 2004 where he started his journey to become a Physician Assistant. He received his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in 2009. Jason graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from University of Utah in 2004. The health and wellness of his patients is his most important priority at OWLS. He values and respects diverse backgrounds, views and opinions and looks forward to providing for the bariatric community for years to come.
